Game Notes: Washington Redskins at Green Bay Packers
· The Washington Redskins fell to the Green Bay Packers, 38-20, in front of an announced crowd of 78,020 people at Lambeau Field on Sunday.
· The Redskins have now scored 20 or more points in each of their last six regular season games, the team’s longest such streak since scoring 20-plus points in each game across Weeks 12-17 of the 2002 season.
· Washington had a 300-yard passer (Robert Griffin III) and 100-yard rusher (Alfred Morris) in the same game for the first time since Nov. 27, 2011 at Seattle (Rex Grossman – 314 passing yards, Roy Helu, Jr. – 108 rushing yards).
· Quarterback Robert Griffin III completed 26-of-40 passes for 320 yards with three passing touchdowns and an interception.
· The performance was Griffin III’s fifth career 300-yard passing game, tying him with Norm Snead for seventh-most in team history.
· Including a 329-yard effort last week, the first two weeks have marked the first time Griffin III has passed for 300 yards in consecutive games in his career.
· Griffin III became the first Redskins quarterback with consecutive 300-yard passing games since Rex Grossman accomplished the feat in the 2010 season finale and the 2011 season opener. He became the first Redskins quarterback to throw for 300 yards in consecutive games in the same season since Jason Campbell in Weeks 11-12 of the 2007 season.
· Griffin III became the first Redskins quarterback in the Super Bowl era to open a season with two consecutive 300-yard passing games.
· Griffin III’s three passing touchdowns give him 25 passing touchdowns for his career, making him the 16th quarterback in team history to throw for 25 touchdowns with the Redskins.
· Griffin III’s five passing touchdowns in the first two weeks this season are the most by a Redskins quarterbacks in the first two weeks of a season since Brad Johnson threw five touchdown passes in the first two weeks of the 1999 season.
· Griffin III’s 649 passing yards in the first two games of the season are the second-most by a Redskins quarterback in the first two games of a season in the Super Bowl era, trailing Doug Williams’ 718 yards in the first two games of the 1988 season.
· Griffin III completed passes to 10 different receivers, tied for the most in a game in team history. The last time the Redskins completed passes to 10 different receivers in a game was Jan. 3, 2010 at San Diego. It was the ninth time in team history the Redskins have had 10 different receivers register a catch in a game.
· Wide receiver Pierre Garçon finished the game with eight receptions for 143 yards and one receiving touchdown.
· Garçon’s 143 yards represent the third-highest single-game total of his career and his most in a game as a member of the Redskins.
· Garçon recorded his ninth career 100-yard receiving game. The 100-yard receiving game was his third with the Redskins and first since Dec. 3, 2012 vs. the New York Giants.
· Garçon scored his first touchdown of the season in the third quarter on a six-yard pass from Griffin III. The touchdown was the 21st of his career and his fifth as a member of the Redskins.
· Griffin III hit Garçon for a 44-yard gain in the first quarter, the duo’s season-long completion and reception, respectively.
· Running back Alfred Morris rushed for 107 yards on 13 carries and added 13 receiving yards on two receptions.
· Morris averaged a career-high 8.2 yards per carry, surpassing his previous high of 6.4 against Atlanta on Oct. 7, 2012.
· Morris posted his eighth career 100-yard rushing game. Morris’ eight 100-yard rushing games with the Redskins are tied with Cliff Battles and Rob Goode for 10th-most in team history.

· The receiving touchdown was the 65th of Moss’ career and his 46th with the Redskins.
· Including a punt return touchdown in 2008, Moss now has 47 total touchdowns with the Redskins. He is one touchdown shy of tying Stephen Davis for the 10th-most total touchdowns in team history (48).
· Linebacker Ryan Kerrigan registered two sacks on the game’s opening drive. The multi-sack game is the third of his career and his first since Week 16 last year at Philadelphia.
· Linebacker Brian Orakpo added a sack in the first quarter, giving him 30.5 for his career. The sack made Orakpo the seventh player in team history to post 30 career sacks with Washington since the stat became official in 1982.

· Fletcher started his 201st consecutive regular season game as he continues to chase Derrick Brooks for the most consecutive starts by a linebacker in NFL history (208).
· Defensive end Kedric Golston played in his 100th career NFL game, all with the Redskins.
· Kicker John Potter made his Redskins debut and scored his first NFL point on a PAT in the third quarter.
· Punter Sav Rocca had three punts downed inside the 20-yard line, his most since Nov. 18, 2012 vs. Philadelphia (three).
· With 15 passing first downs on Sunday, the Redskins have now gained 34 first downs through the air in the last two games, the team’s highest two-game total since posting 38 passing first downs across Weeks 11-12 of the 2007 season.
