Free Agency, The Mock Drafts, 2016 (Continual Updates)

      Greetings from BBQ World Headquarters.

Today we bring you the second and final of two BGO member-centric mocks. Many of you have stated preferences for certain players and BBQ used a consensus formula to make these picks. Your suggestions, mocks, and wishes will now come true. Thanks for your participation this offseason. But hey, keep your mocks and preferences coming. BBQ thoroughly enjoys reading them.

This coming week we will have four BBQ mocks. The week of the draft will bring a mock each day, including two mocks on the first day of the draft.

Without any further delays, lets take a look at this final BGO member-centric mock for 2016.

Round One: AShawn Robinson, DE/DT, Alabama
      Recommended By: DieselPower44
DP44 likes the Alabama product for our first pick and it could come to fruition. It would be a great choice and fill a huge need.
      Other Preferred Choices:
      Andrew Billings, DE/DT, (JohnssBass)
Reggie Ragland, ILB, Alabama (Solitary Man)
William Jackson, CB, Houston (Burgundy Burner)
      Kenny Clark, DT, UCLA (Win4us)

Round Two: Noah Spence, OLB, Eastern Kentucky
      Recommended By: McD5 and redskins26
He comes from a smaller program, but is looking to strike it big in the NFL. Hes a terrific prospect, but has a couple of negatives. Scot could pull the trigger if Spence is there in the second round.
      Other Preferred Choices:
Nick Martin, C, Notre Dame (DieselPower44)
Jeremy Cash, SS, Duke (Burgundy Burner)
Vernon Butler, DE/DT, Louisiana Tech (BGO Consensus)
Chris Jones, DT/DE, Mississippi St. (DieselPower44)

Round Three: James Bradberry, CB, Samford
      Recommended By: Win4us and JohnssBass
Cornerback is certainly a bigger need than most Redskins fans realize. Well, BGO Redskins fans are pretty smart and taking Bradberry here could be a great selection.
      Other Preferred Choices:
      Jordan Howard, RB, Indiana (DieselPower44)
Darian Thompson, FS, Boise St. (McD5)
Aaron Burbridge, WR, Michigan State (Win4us)
Rashard Higgins, WR, Colorado St. (redskins26)

      Round Four: C.J. Prosise
      Recommended By: McD5
Good value for the money here and it is a position of need. Prosise would be a solid complement to Matt Jones and Chris Thompson.
      Other Preferred Choices:
      Rashard Robinson, CB, LSU (DieselPower44)
      Eric Striker, OLB/ILB, Oklahoma (redskins26)
Hassan Ridgeway, DT, Texas (Burgundy Burner)
Isaac Seumalo, C, Oregon State (Win4us)
Nick Vigil, ILB, Utah St. (redskins26)

Round Five: Max Tuerk, C, Southern California
      Recommended By: Burgundy Burner
Yes, we do need a center and BBQ has him in round five of the latest mock. I may or may not prefer other players in the various mocks, but remaining objective is important. However, this is one time where I agree with one portion of a BBQ mock.
      Other Preferred Choices:
      D.J. Foster, RB/WR, Arizona St. (Win4us)
      Briean Boddy-Calhoun, CB, Minnesota (redskins26)
Graham Glasgow, C/G, Michigan (BGO Consensus)
Blake Martinez, ILB, Stanford (Burgundy Burner)

Round Six: Charone Peake, WR, Clemson
      Recommended By: DieselPower44
Will Scot McCloughan take a receiver in this draft? Its very possible and Peake provides good value in the sixth round.
      Other Preferred Choices:
Wendell Smallwood, RB, West Virginia (DieselPower44)
      Cassanova McKinzy, ILB, Auburn (Win4us)
Jared Norris, ILB, Utah (BGO Consensus)
Tyvis Powell, FS, Ohio St. (Burgundy Burner)
Maurice Canady, CB, Virginia (BGO Consensus)

Round Seven: Brandon Doughty, QB, Western Kentucky
      Recommended By: redskins26 and Win4us
A developmental QB is expected to be a late round choice for the Redskins. The last time a Redskins team used a late round pick on a player with the same last name, it worked out pretty well.
      Other Preferred Choices:
      Curt Maggitt, OLB, Tennessee (Win4us)
Joe Thuney, G, N.C. St. (BGO Consensus)
LaQuan McGowan, OL/TE, Baylor (Fear The Spear)
KeiVarae Russell, CB, Notre Dame (DieselPower44)
Nate Sudfeld, QB, Indiana (Burgundy Burner)

Round Seven: Moritz Boehringer, WR, German Professional League
      Recommended By: Fear The Spear
Taking a second receiver in the draft? McCloughan is unpredictable, but this could happen. Boehringers numbers are off the chart. Fear The Spear might be on to something with this prospect.

It is so obvious. Members of BGO are football savvy and we hope more will participate in the years to come. Thanks again for posting your mocks and desired prospects.

      Hail To The Redskins!
