The Giants Part 2: In With A Win...Practically...

The Giants are in the playoffs, the Redskins could be too. Giants fans are filled with questions and opinions.

Try to keep the Skins out of the playoffs and risk an injury to a starter?

Rest up for the playoffs, let the Skins win and go into the playoffs with a 2 game losing streak to division rivals?

    And what about playoff momentum?

Giants fans have lots on their minds.

    Da Bears: Success or Stumble?

Now on to Soldier Field and a meetup with the Bears-one of two must wins if the Redskins are going to get into the playoffs.

So, what do the Bears fans think? Opinions are split over the likely outcome of the game-despite the disparate won/loss records.

Matt Barkley keeps using Alshon, Barkley also out preforms Cousins to the tune of 305 yards, 3 touchdons and 1 int, J How runs for another 100 and a tuddy.

The Panthers: Fans of few words.

My apologies for this Recon being late but the subtitle says it all.

Panthers fans had-and still have-very little by way of commentary about MNF with the Redskins.

    Weird...and frustrating.

Anyway, here's what I was able to scrounge up.

I feel sure we're the better team; no, I know we're the better team but I think we find a way to lose this one. Shula will get conservative in the 4th and DeSean Jackson will blow by Worley

    The Eagles:Second Time Around

OK, it's the Eagles again-and between the two teams the Redskins have been having the better time of it. Eagles fans know it and it shows in their comments.

And there are very few of those.

Very few give Philly much of a chance in this game-no matter what Vegas oddsmakers are saying right at the moment.

    The Cardinals: Flying Low

The Cardinals are in a downward spiral and like all teams their fans are upset, angry, and despairing.

"Fire Arians!" threads are showing up, laments over reported lockerroom dissension are in the news...you know, the normal stuff.

Not a ton of talk about the Redskins game but some-including things I haven't seen before.

I came across one of the weirdest game threads yet titled-"MadJack's Banner Suggestions - Redskins Game!"

    The Cowboys-Part 2:Thanksgiving Showdown

Wow. This is a big game and the Cowboys fans wasted no time in posting comments about it.

The Cowboys are running hot and so are the Redskins and most Cowboys fans know it. I have not seen this much respect for the Redskins from 'boys fans the whole time I have been doing Redskins Recon.

In spite of the success they have had so far this season many Dallas fans are scared about this game-primarily due to Kirk Cousins and our receiver corps.

The Packers: Bad Times in Green Bay

Boy are Packers fans in a bad place! Crappy record-for them-just got blown out by the Titans, ARod's seriously off his feed, their D has been less than hoped for, injuries galore and the fans are shell-shocked.

Fire McCarthy! Fire Capers! Fire TT! Fire somebody! posts are all over the place. Whew!

They're not even sure they'll win against the Skins either. Some think maybe yes, some think we'll be the "turnaround game"-others expect yet another

The Vikings: Fallen on Hard Times?

Man, starting the season hot as a firecracker at 5-0 and then losing 3 games in a row to teams you really shouldn't have lost to can really mess with your head.

This is the state of Minnesota Viking fandom. Shell-shocked, angry disappointed but to an extent defiantly optimistic among some and despairing among others.

And, of course, not at all sure they can beat the Redskins Sunday.

    The Bengals: Showdown at Wembley

On to London for a tussle with the Bengals. Bengals fans are confident...to a point. Many are worried about the Redskins like most of the other teams fans we play.

    guyofthetiger

I think the Bengals go to 4-4 with a win across the pond. The British will see a Dalton/Green show at Wimbley Stadium. I'm predicting the final score to be Bengals 27 Redskins 23 in a close game. Gio has a good day rushing and the Bengals D looks better this week.

    The Lions: QBs and Defense

The Lions are coming off two wins in a row with a hot Matt Stafford leading the way. Now the four-game-win-streak Redskins come to town to try to stop the Lions streak at two.

How are Lions fans looking at this game? In a lot of ways, actually-some optimism, some pessimism, some uncertainty-the usual stuff.

Like I have seen a lot recently they are expecting a tight game.

They generally acknowledge two things-Stafford has been playing really well, and
