The Eagles have $21.5M in cap space? Really? And they go after the Cowboys and Redskins for competitive advantages? The Eagles have GOT to be doing something fishy to be NUMBER ONE in the NFL in cap space after that monstrous spending spree last season. Not to mention, they added Demetrees Bell with a heavily front-loaded contract.
