If the worthiest celebrity Dallas Mayor Pro Tem Dwaine Caraway could find this weekend to honor with a key to the city was animal torturer Michael Vick, maybe he should have looked a little harder.

“I feel so very proud to be able to bestow upon you, Michael Vick, the key to the city of Dallas, Texas!” Caraway told the unquestionably gifted Philadelphia Eagles quarterback at a “Super Teen Saturday” charity event at Club Cirque. “We appreciate you!”

but didnt the mayor come back and say that he himself didnt authorize that and that only the mayor can give away the key?

Mike, I looked for the story I saw that supports what you said. The actual Mayor of Dallas was apparently livid to which the Mayor Pr Temp said, I thought it was within my authority. I can't find it, but that is about right.

The only thing interesting about this is that a philthy qb got the city key to dallas, other than that its just soft crybabies who lack the ability to forgive.
