NEW YORK (AP) - Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte' Stallworth was suspended without pay for this season Thursday after pleading guilty to DUI manslaughter in June. He cannot participate in any team activities until he is reinstated after the Super Bowl.

so he basically gets away with it thru our justice system but Goodell steps in and suspends him without pay.

why did the NFL virtually punish him more then the courts? Seems backwards to me but good on Roger.
