when I was a kid I played with GI Joe toys. my favorite toy hands down was the Cobra Rattler..a version of the A-10. Its been my favorite bird ever since and even though I worked on jets in the Navy I still love these things.

Couple friends are retired A-10 pilots. Not the prettiest, but it packs some punch.

Ahhh, the good ole A-10. That is my 2nd favorite combat aircraft next to the B-1B Lancer. When I was stationed at Aviano AB, IT I remember the A-10 Pilots (Hog Drivers) were for the most part pretty down to earth. I can't say that for the F-16 and F-15 pilots though.
