Wife nagging you beyond belief?

Kinda ugly, but hey, who amongst us can claim to have had perfect taste all their lives?

Nerds and geeks can breathe a sigh of relief: The world's first life-size robotic girlfriend is finally here.

Complete with artificial intelligence and flesh-like synthetic skin, ROXXXY the sex robot was introduced to the world at the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas.

That's troubling on so many levels. "She" ...

- looks Neanderthal
- is by definition robotic in bed
- will need maintenance ... Jiffy Lube?
- has teeth that scare me ... they removable?
- may ask you to get a second one so she's not lonely during the day
- is probably more intelligent than her owner

Think I met her in a bar...

It looks like Julie Kavner, the voice of Marge Simpson:

No doubt there, amigo. Given, however, that "she" is priced at about $7K from what I've heard, I don't see much-if you'll forgive the word use-ah...penetration...into the "flashlight" market. :uhoh:

The Roxxxy is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 120lbs, and "has a full C cup and is ready for action," according to Mr Hines, who was an artificial intelligence engineer at Bell Labs before starting TrueCompanion.

Robotic movement is built into "the three inputs" and a mechanical heart that powers a liquid cooling system.

:rotflmao:

So basically, this is the robotic version of a real doll. It's pretty sad there is even a market for these things. There was a documentary from the UK about people who are into having "relationships" with these things called "Guys and Dolls". It was disturbing to say the least...

Anyway, here is a link to a site where you can watch the documentary if you want.
