Which do you find, and which find you?
4. Stray socks
5. the Perfect Song
Feel free to add ...Character is what you do when you think no one is looking.

2. I'm a statistician, ergo this one doesn't exist.
3. It finds me, always-no matter how I duck and dodge.
4. They're in one of the hypothesized parallel universes string theory physicists keep jabbering about, or they've been eaten by dark energy...or something. (I still have suspicions about the dryer...)
5. The song finds me-I just start listening and eventually it just shows up, smacks me upside the head and announces "Here I am!". And then I let it soak in and mumble...thank you.

My fantasy lineup:
QB: Aaron Rodgers
Larry Johnson (though right now I'm starting Ray Rice over him, even though technically Ray's my backup)
WRs: Larry Fitz
Backup: Chris Henry
Backup: Kevin Boss
Not a bad deal. 12 person league. I'm the only girl. Last year I RAN this league (first place the entire season), then lost in the championships. It's ON SONNNNNNNNN

Larry Johnson is going to have a good year once Cassel gets better. he already has shown some of that old fire in pre-season.
I read an article on Cris Henry and he looks focused and when the kid is he is amazing on the field. I would start him over Holt.
Never been sold on She-Li as a good QB and definitely not sold on him for fantasy. He just doesnt put up huge numbers and amazing amounts of TDs per season to be a great fantasy QB. I always go with the big 4. Brees, Rivers, Peyton, Brady.
You might wanna look in to getting Vincent Jackson. You've seen what he is doing in the pre-season and the kinds of catches he is making. he is going to overtake Chambers as the #1 and dude is setting himself up to have a monster year.
I picked up Cedric Benson from the Bengals as a sleeper. I just think with the way things can click up in Cincy that he could have himself quite a good year."Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power." - Abraham Lincoln

Vincent's taken- with 12 players in my league, pretty much everyone that's good is taken. I had Vincent last year- he was on and off. I do like him, though, but also wanted to make sure I had WRs that have different bye weeks.
When I try "top lineup", the computer does pick C. Henry over Holt. I just don't know much about the Bengals, and thought that Ochocinco is the main WR there. But I'll try him for this week, and if he does well, I'll keep him there.
I think Eli's good for my backup...I don't plan on using him until the bye week, though. I'm also happy that I have two decent tight ends! If Cooley doesn't cut it, I won't feel sad starting Boss.
Thanks for the suggestions!

I would guess they dont put Henry above Holt because he was suspended so much of the season last year that he didnt put any good numbers up. He will be the #2 guy and with ochocinco being ochocinco he will self destruct.

heard this earlier today -- if you spell 'BUS' with two S's throughout an email, are you stupid?

On a Chargers board clowning fools about just about everything. They are talking about Snyder suing over those tickets and I had the perfect line..."Well at least he can guarantee no blackouts. Can you do the same?" the answer is no they cant.
now its "DC is the murder capital..its freezing 300+ days, we have massive amounts of dead fowl in the Potomac, our mayor smokes crack, were murder capital" blah blah blah.
its almost too easy to clown Charger fans. They really have no sense of pride in their own teams..Padres are selling off every good player like it was a fire sale. Chargers might not even stay in the city..the only team they had that was any good was a minor league hockey team called the Gulls and they dont even play any more.

I have a question. Are we intentionally staying away from political threads? I am all good with it but I was just curious.
I wasn't around during the early days of ES so I'm claiming ignorance..

I just told someone "violence isn't the answer"
and last night I walked away from a guy trying to talk trash to me.
This is big news and a big deal in my life. I have had "anger" issues but recently I have turned a corner and I saw results last night. woop woop...

Good for you Mike
Some things are worth fighting for. But they are few and special. As I've gotten older, one sentiment has solidified within me - the opinion of the vast majority of people matters not. The opinion of a special few matters everything. You ain't bonafide
